I discovered a new blog platform called durumis.
This is my first post, and it's a slightly different type of blog than what I've used before. As it's a new service, I'm both excited and a little worried about how it will go.
I imagine that many bloggers are aiming for monetization. However, durumis differs from traditional blogs in that it distributes its AdSense revenue to users (bloggers).
Essentially, anyone with an approved AdSense pubcode can earn income on durumis. But there's a basic requirement: you need at least 30,000 cumulative visitors before the option to enter your AdSense pubcode becomes active.
I'm not sure how or how much revenue will be distributed, but there are advantages.
One key benefit is that content is translated into various languages worldwide, making it searchable on Google. This means traffic can come from countries other than Korea, potentially increasing revenue streams. Compared to Tistory, this seems like a definite advantage.
I'll need to use durumis more to fully understand it. For now, I'll focus on meeting the revenue generation conditions and provide a follow-up review.
I'll need to consider how I'll approach posting on the durumis blog going forward.
